** To Remember **

Nothing super exciting has been happening lately. Just normal married, student, family, preggo life. But this is the stuff I want to remember.

We stay busy with random things, and try to take it easy when we do have some free time. I am feeling pretty good, expect for EXTREME ligament pain (I think). It gets so bad I can't freakin walk, sit, or do anything! But other then that I'm doing good! I am CRAVING ZINGERS.. the vanilla ones, like NONSTOP! All this baby weight will be thanks to those! I honestly can not get enough of them! Don't ask how many I have eaten.....

This little guy moves a lot! And I love it! Even though I have done this before, you really forget, and miss what it actually feels like to have a little munchkin moving around, kicking, and punching your insides. It makes me happy! The other day, Jaxon was sitting on my lap playing games on my phone. He had his hand on my big ol' belly (it's hard to miss now days). Anyway, he just happened to be in the right spot at the right time. Little baby started full on kicking Jaxons hand! Jaxon was too busy with a matching game to really notice, but I was dying... it was so cute!!

Because of my extreme pain, my DR wanted me to have an ultrasound just to make sure nothing was seriously wrong! I was NOT complaining... any excuse to see that baby sounds good to me! :)
I usually don't take Jaxon to the dr with me. He is almost 3... enough said. But this time I had to take him with me. I was a little worried... but figured between my phone, bribery aka suckers, and the actual ultrasound.. he would behave. I wish I would have known how well it was going to go. I would have videoed the appointment. Let me back up by explaining this... My last ultrasound Jaxon was invited to, did not go well. He freaked that I was on some weird table, in the dark, with some girl pushing something on my stomach. Poor Joel had his hands full, while trying to enjoy the gender reveal at the same time. This time I went all by my self, with my little man in tow.
I laid on the table, and he climbed up and sat with me. He had just got a hair cut, so he was busy working on a sucker. I think he asked me about a million times "What are you doing?" As soon as she started, I pointed out the tv, and told him to watch the tv so he could see the baby in my belly. He was not convinced until she did a profile view. He instantly perked up and said "BABY! In there!" Because of my pain, the ultrasound was kinda painful, so Jaxon kept asking "It hurts? Owie?" I told him no, mom is fine. He was really curious about the actual stick thing she was using on my belly, so I told him it was a camera, taking pictures of the baby. His response was so cute! "Baby.... say cheese!! It's a camera.... Baby... say cheese!" I never want to forget that. I think it was really the first time he started understanding there is a baby in my belly. Even after he woke up from his nap later that day, he was still talking about it. When Joel got home, he told him all about the "Baby in there.... the camera... say cheese!"
So there he is... the little baby posing for the camera at 25 weeks! :) I sure love my Jaxon, and I sure am in love with this little boy too!

♥ Love ♥

This weekend Joel and I went on a mini getaway. To 1. Celebrate our 5 year anniversary, 2. Celebrate Valentines Day, and 3. Just to be together for the weekend.
We kept things very simple... and did some things we had never done before! A BIG HUGE thank you goes to my family for staying with Jaxon. They all have crazy/busy lives, and I am so thankful to them for working out everything out for us.
So after we dropped of Jaxon at my dads on Friday, I had a little date idea planned. SUPER random, but something totally new! We ended up loving it!
We went to Holdman Studios at Thanksgiving point, and took a glass blowing/pulling mini class. We each got to make a flower, we picked the colors, and then helped make it!
~Waiting for our glass. The guy pulled it out of a huge, hot oven and added the colored glass we chose. ~

~Then it was time to pull and shape the glass!~
We went a few days later to pick up them up! I chose purple/gray for mine, and Joel did orange/red. I love how they both turned out! **Cheesy story alert!!** These pretty flowers have been sitting on the table for a few days now. I told Joel I didn't need any flowers for V-Day, cuz these were cooler... then his romantic side came out.
"I will love you until these flowers die." - Joel.
I love him!! :) We did a bunch of other fun things, shopping at the outlets, swimming in the crater, eating out, and just hanging out together. Happy 5 Years To Us, and Happy Valentines Day!

22 Weeks!

Since I found out I was pregnant again, I felt like I was showing! Like from 10 weeks! I didn't start showing with Jaxon till I was closer to 18 weeks... so I have been dying to see if I am bigger this time around. I sure feel like it! :)
What do you think?? Bigger? Smaller? The same?
Jaxon wanted to participate in my horrible lighting, photo shoot this morning!
LOVE this one!!! Packed boxes as the background and all! Such a sweetie!
More then halfway there..... AH!

Kinda Random...

I am obsessed with organizing my pictures. There is nothing I love more then going through my perfectly organized pictures with Jaxon. Seeing what he remembers about his life until now... I am always surprised how much he remembers!
2 years ago today...

Isn't he so cute! He looks so baby-ish! Crazy!
Ok, so to finish off this RANDOM little post... here is a random picture from a month or so ago...
Mater was in Orem for a while. He was soooo excited to see him! He asked me to take about 50 pictures of him!

Christmas 2011

Oh Christmas time.... it's so much more fun with kids! We started our morning with just us. Joel and I could hardly wait for Jaxon to see his train track and presents from Santa!
And it is safe to say he loved everything he got! Santa's big present was a train track... he plays with it constantly! He also got more Disney Cars, a HUGE Mac truck to carry the cars, airplanes, and a few other random things!
We had to make our "rounds" that day. So we had to bribe, beg, and yank Jaxon away from his new toys to go see the grandparents and the rest of the family. First up, was the Browns!
Grandma Brown made this for Jaxon! OH MY GOODNESS. Words cannot describe how cute this cape is!!

They spoiled him... he also got a matching game, 2 new movies!

Then we went to my dad house! It was a big group there, and Jaxon was soooo excited to play with Garrett's toys... he really didn't even notice what Grandpa and Celeste got him. But don't worry....once we got home and set it up, oh boy was he in heaven!!
"Working" on his tool bench.

I seriously laugh out loud every time I look at this picture! He looks sooooo silly, and I love it!

That night my mom and sister came over and we opened EVEN more presents. Goodness, we were all soooo spoiled! Jaxon, got another train track from my mom, which has a loop in it. He thinks it is amazing!
Think he would look up for any pictures all day long??? Nope... he was way too busy playing with his new spoils! We have such awesome families... they spoil us and our little guy! I got some fabulous perfume, a new purse, The Help movie, Kindle reader light, $$ for shopping, AND to my utter surprise.. the diaper bag I wanted for the new baby!!! Petunia Pickle Bottom, and in the perfect color and style. Good job Joel! :)
Joel got 2 video games, a couple movies, a bbq cover, new shoes, $$, and a few other random things. We also got a super nice Bluray player which streams my new addiction... Hulu! And to aide another addiction of mine, a panini maker! :) We had such a good Christmas! There is something so special about watching your child experience Christmas! I honestly would have been happy with a pair of socks.... I just loved watching how excited he was about he new toys and everything. Hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas too!

Christmas Eve!

Now that we live by family again, our holidays are always busy. Fitting everyone in can be a little crazy! But we are extremely grateful for our awesome families who are patient with accommodating our crazy schedules!
So Christmas Eve was at my moms house this year. We had a delicious dinner, hung out in our new jammies, played dominoes, and drank chocolate shakes! Jaxon loves my moms house. He is crazy little boy when we are there!
Opening his Christmas Eve present from Abuela. His very own toy IPhone... he loves it!
Instead of "christmasy" jammies, we went with winter ones this year. Jaxon loves snowmen, reindeer, penguins, etc... so these were perfect!

The girls in our jammies!

Family pic... it's not the best. I look horrid. Oh well. But this little guy sure is a cuttie in his bright pj's. I kinda love him!!
Thanks Mom and Stef for a great night!
Once we got home, Santa's elves got to work setting up presents... ya know... to help Santa out a little! :) Who would have thought that train track would take an hour alone! Goodness!
